01
The requirement

A website shaped around real users

The merchandise range needed its own clear shopping environment rather than being buried inside the main community website. Customers needed to understand product choices, variations, availability, delivery and returns before completing an order.

02
The approach

Structure before decoration

The store was organised around recognisable product categories and a familiar WooCommerce journey. Product detail, variation selection, basket, checkout and customer-account functions were treated as one connected experience.

What was delivered

Designed to remain useful after launch

The result is a separate, purpose-built retail destination that keeps shopping tasks focused while remaining clearly connected to the Dunedin H.O.G. community. The store supports day-to-day product and order administration through established WooCommerce tools.
